Replacement cuff for my OMRON BP 785. The OMRON cuffs for this unit are finicky, bulky and fail almost to the exact day year after year. They ALWAYS fail the same way with a leak but the Omron unit is bulletproof. Tried this ELERA cuff for first time and it is VERY comfortable and easy to use. I get an accurate BP reading in a much shorter time and with much more consistently with this unit. Very happy with this purchase. The only wildcard is longevity/reliability in the longrun but it seems to be put together very sturdily like the ones they use at the hospital. Not fancy but functional!Recommend.

As persons get larger, standard adult cuffs no longer fit a lot of arms leading to inaccurate readings. This cuff fits really well without leaving a large gap in the back when applied. Numerous connectors make it so easy to match it to whichever machine you may have and it connects seemlessly, giving accurate readings. No popping Velcro and cuff not inflating due to poor fit. Even the patient was impressed as it was first in a long time a cuff fit them properly. Recommended it to several persons with larger arms. Price is good. Material is comfortable and durable. Glad to finally find a cuff this size that works so well with my Omron machine.

So I did some research and found that proper cuff size is crucial when taking blood pressure. So i searched amazon and found this cuff and ordered it. The cuff comes with many different fittings to match different machines. I found the one that fits mine and it was comfortable and worked flawlessly.

This thing is big enough to go around the moon, but my blood pressure machine (OMRON Silver Blood Pressure Monitor) would stop filling unless I was able to get it really tight around my elderly mothers arm before the machine started pumping air. Then it would pump to over 200 and cause my mother pain to the point that I would have to stop the process before it had finished. Do I recommend this item, no. (Unless it is the only one that will work for your needs) I would go for the smallest you are able to use.

I bought this to attach to the blood pressure monitor we have and it works well. Stupidly, I thought cuffs were just a standard size that fits all, apparently not. I have high blood pressure and should, though don't, do regular monitoring, but never found a problem with the cuff that came with our monitor. After a recent doctor's appointment where I saw one of the rudest locums imaginable, who started putting the cuff on and then stopped whilst muttering about how big my arms are, and we're going to need a bigger cuff, after which he then proceeded to whip out a tape measure without asking me first and measuring my arm I decided to invest in a larger size for home use. This one fits perfectly round my apparently mammoth sized arms, jolly good.
