I didn’t give it 5 stars because I didn’t complete the program
A charming book to help you improve your habits.

Thanks!
Do you need to firm your butt, there's an exercise. Need to make a cheesecake for 12, there's a recipe. If you're a vegetarian, heed the memory prescription and be sure to get essential amino acids. And did you know, the biggest problem with drinking 8 glasses of water a day is that "it is such a bore to pour." The bottom line is: This is a big waste of money! Its only therepeutic value is that it is written so poorly, the aggravation alone will keep your memory sharp.
