This is cheaply made save your money. Since you have to remove your device in order to switch games the cheap plastic becomes easy to break and will no longer secure the 3ds. After the 3rd removal it no longer securely fits.

These feel nice and the parts hanging off the bottom give my ring fingers something to grip onto as well. I recently went full digital on my 3DS.
The bad
The card slot is blocked.
It doesnt bother me because I dont use game cards.

The kickstand is only for display. The system falls over if its open when you try to use the kickstand. It doesn't fit well and kept flopping open so I taped it shut. Putting it there was a total waste of time and effort.

The cut out for the power button is small and I end up having to use the nail of my little finger to turn the system on and off.

The good
Because I don't use game cards the only problem I have is the power button being restricted. The shape leaves a bit to be desired, but that's because of the shape of my hands and my own preferences so that's not a problem. I will say that having this on has improved the feel and experiance of playing on my 3DS in a huge way. I love playing my 3DS again!

The unit no longer holds my 3ds, no idea how that happened as I am super careful with my stuff. And then I noticed the finish is gone on the bottom left corner where it touches the grip. Overall not good.

The grip is mostly flat which makes it almost exactly the same as holding your 3DS without it. So playing with this grip feels like playing with a heavier 3DS. Not at all the comfort you'd expect.

My girlfriend has a similar product for her 2DSxl and it feels a lot better than this one. That being said, this is absolutely better than nothing and I would never want to play without it. I'd like to have gotten it for a lower price, but I'm pretty satisfied.
