Definitely a must read!!!
This book is AMAZING!!! An easy read and even easier to understand. Marcus brings to light situations I never thought possible in ways that are simple yet unique. Investing in real estate has always been a goal and after reading the information Marcus has to offer, I know dreams do come true. I just didn't know where to start and now I do. I was able to feel his energy and the need he had to share with us the knowledge of what he has learned throughout the years from the the pages of his book. I highly recommend getting a copy or 2 or 3, that way to can pass one along. Even if real estate is not your thing, this book will inspire you to want to do much more.

This is such a fascinating book. You will learn so much. I don’t even think that the cost of the book is prices right price because of what you will learn & how much money you will learn from reading it. If you are seeking to learn about real estate investments and how to get into real estate investments with $0 dollars and or have money to invest this is the books to steer you and get you going especially in learning about this the ends and out of industry. This book will make you aware of the other options in real estate investment that you’ve probably have never heard of before. This book is very resourceful. I’m sure this is a book that you will highlight, underline & go back to time and time again, it has various resourceful options and people you can actually look up. I am excited & more confident now in starting this new journey in my life in the world of real estate investment journey. This book will get me there, it is such a great read the book was written in a great manner for people to understand the author Marcus Rodgers really has an understanding how to educate people making it feel very conversational, I’m looking forward to see what other areas of expertise this author Marcus Rodgers will share his insights on next!
