I wouldn't call the replacement simple, but it wasn't terrible. Probably took about an hour of time to install. On this vehicle, it requires removing the front passenger side wheel-well liner and the washer fluid reservoir. I had to refer to a couple of videos for some hints, but one of my main sticking points when removing the liner was when I needed to remove the attached plastic trim piece on the outside that is held with rivet-like plastic bits. They appeared at first to be possibly small hex-head screws since they had small dimples in the middle. But the center is actually a small plastic pin/rod that you need to push through with a pick or some other pointed tool. Once that has been done, then the rivets, which are split and expand with the pin, will have collapsed allowing the trim and the rivets to be removed.
The other point of trouble was with the fill neck. The hose has to be removed from the reservoir to allow it to tilt forward enough to free the bottom of it from the keyed opening it rests in. Keep in mind that the hose is thin plastic flex tubing...not rubber (which I thought). I ended up piercing it with a pick while trying to remove the hose from the capped fill opening. You can get a little additional wiggle room by removing the screw-expanded rivet that holds that fill opening. In the end I managed to free the hose from the reservoir, but I'm not sure how it was actually freed as it's got barbs which snap it in place. Once you manage to get the reservoir out, the rest of the steps are pretty straightforward.
