This is an excellent book. I shared the book with a student who does not like math. Her comment, "This makes understanding data so easy." She kept reading the book, all the way to the end. I then shared this with a younger child, under 10. He was so excited about the use of the pictures that he had to get ice cream after he read the book. He has asked to read it every day since he received it.

I bought this book to teach my 4th grade daughter about data. Usually, she cannot stay focused on any educational book however with this one, she finished the entire book in one sitting by herself! 10/10 for me!

This is a lovely friendly picture book full of colourful illustrations as two children explain different ways to present very simple data (pie charts, bar graphs etc).
Although these are often used as KS2 maths concepts I would say this book is firmly KS1 in pitch - everything is way too simple for my 8yr old in Year 3, which is disappointing.
