Started using this soap a couple years ago, bought from my local grocery store's natural section. Couldn't find it in stores anymore so I looked on Amazon. Packaging is different and I don't feel any of the fine exfoliating texture of the old bars. Scent is different too. Hope this is the stuff, sure loved the stuff I bought locally.

I’ve been using this soap for years. (I preferred their original packaging, but I’m not here to review their marketing strategy). This soap is great. You actually feel your skin being exfoliated. I have very possibly spent extra time showering just because it feels like it’s shedding off all the dead skin. All that said, I think they should reconsider their pricing, because it’s pushing the outer limits for the price of a bar of soap. Still, I’d recommend it for anyone who likes an 80-120 grit soap.

It exfoliates your skin and makes it smoother and softer without being harsh. I also like the fact there is no scent which for me means no drying feel. When I use my other soap I can tell a huge difference in the feel. One feels.less clean and this soap feels really clean. Give it a go for the price. Oh, it lasts a really long time. I use it almost every day and may go through two or three bars a year.

I use this for ingrown hair on my legs. I find that it is most abrasive if I wet it a little and don't get it all full of lather. If that is too much abrasion, then allow it to lather up a bit. You need to be careful, as it can make the floor of the shower tub a bit slippery. It works fair for me insofar as getting rid of the bumps and ingrown hair. I am still looking for a better solution. But, for now this is the best I have come across. I do like to exfoliate my feet with this soap.
