A pair of them have been on my camper for a number of months now, and I was waiting until the weather got hot to say for sure how I felt about these vents... The difference was immediate! The background smell that was making my lip furl went away, and its still gone now even with the weather getting hot and my camper sitting in the driveway without power. I wish I had done this upgrade day 1 because I'm getting ready to sell my camper...but whoever buys it will have better ventilation than I ever did with the INFERIOR stationary stock vents

Took me a couple hours to install because I work slowly. It was also my first time working with self-levelling caulking. If you have any silicon down where you will install, take the time to completely remove it, and wipe the area down with mineral spirits and scrape it again. These are great units. They swing with the wind but not with the faintest of wind. Have not had the bad smell since I installed them!

This seems like a bit of a silly or quirky product but we love it! Install this on my trailer where the sewer vent was on the side of the trailer. It does a great job of pulling the fumes from the tank outside when we are driving. We noticed the difference right away. I purchased a second one to put on the roof of our motorhome. I have not installed it yet but I fully expected to work very well there as well. Would definitely recommend.

I haven't put on RV yet so I don't have a review for the rotating sewer vent as of now. I purchased because I felt that this vent could possibly work at night because there could be wind at night. The other I thought about was solar powered but of course only works if the sun is shining, no battery to hold the solar power. I may come back and review after I have installed it on the RV.

This is a quality made piece and installation was easy to mount to the extended pipe on our RV roof. We live on a hilled valley so winds blown in and out a lot. We did find a smell from the RV toilet at times and this seems to have alleviated that so was worth the purchase. Has not resolved our RV toilet issues with trapped air/plugging which we thought would be helped by better air flow but in itself is a good recommended product and worth the price.
