This book gave me what I needed to build my first rolling home conversion school bus, someone released it from my personal library years ago. I am so happy I was able to put it back on my book shelves again.

This book is amazing! There's a few different styles of vardo/caravan and it goes into quite a bit of detail about how to build even what size truck to build on.

This is a classic book that I discovered when I was a young girl. I've always wanted to track it down as an adult. It provides fascinating glimpses into living light and off-the-grid in a home that is mobile.

I had read that this is a classic for house trucks. I'm happy that I purchased this book. The photos of various house trucks are useful to me as I plan how to make my own house truck.

This book is certainly not worth $50. It has a price tag on the front of $7.95 published in 1979. And its 1/4 thick. It has old pictures of trucks and buses from the 1930s 40s and 50s. That by today's standards would be deamed unsafe for transportation on public roads.

Stellar book of the old hippie tiny home movement. Gypsy wet dream. Love all the books by this publisher.

One of my faves from this era. Long on the visuals, weak on the how-to, but that's not the point.
