- Reviewed in the United States on October 31, 2023I like how this book gives you an overview of how good originated from farm to your fridge. It is written in a articulate and concise way making it easy for even casual readers like me to understand! Really enjoyed the read!
- Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2023I just randomly decided to pick up this book. It's very information heavy and goes into a lot of history about the food industry, what's been patented, what's been invented and developed and what was traded around, etc, etc. I am not entirely sure if this would help a small business owner who owns like a cafe or something, but it seems like an overview of a potential franchise. It has a lot of in-depths steps on how to get started which also helps someone who wants to start a business consider a lot of things - what is good to sell, how to use Google, and so on. Not my cup of tea in general, but it's good.

- Reviewed in the United States on October 27, 2023Another one of Jacob Orosz books that really made an impact. This book focuses on the food and beverage industry. I was intrigued by the history the food industry at the beginning of the book. It gives those that are owners or executives ideas on selling and exiting their businesses by giving advice and guidelines on what to expect.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 24, 2023The emphasis on separating financial and non-financial goals was an 'aha moment.' It made me think beyond just the money and consider what truly matters. The book's language is straightforward, making it accessible even if you're not a business whiz. Overall, a gem for anyone navigating the emotional rollercoaster of selling a business.
