I bought these to modify an old desk and put a drawer where there had been a stupid keyboard pull out before. I have purchased several brands of these in the past, but these I like since they are so easy to release if you need to pull the drawer all the way out.
I think the biggest issue with installing these type of slides is the spacing. You must use firring strips (spacers in essence) to mount these to the inside of your cabinet. You want only enough space for the slider between the wall of the cabinet and the drawer. After that installation is a breeze. Just figure out how high or low you want your drawer to sit in relation to the cabinet and screw them in (making sure both are level and same distance from a a common reference point like the top of the cabinet.)
Make sure to open the package completely and empty it...there are screws in there! I ended up not finding the screws until after I installed these. Not a big deal since I had a bunch handy. Anyhoo....nice job SHUHANG.
