The Year the Easter Bunny Got Lost- On a dark, cloudy night, the Easter Bunny is flying around the world, delivering and hiding Easter eggs. He arrives at a house and starts to hide the eggs. There is a power outage, and he can't see and hits his head on a lamp. Suddenly, he hears a little voice asking, "Who is there?" No one is supposed to see the Easter Bunny. But the voice reveals it is a little girl who is blind. Since she can't see him, he reveals himself to her. She knows her way around the house without sight. After talking, she helps him place the eggs in hiding places. He is grateful that this little girl, who cannot see, becomes his hero.

Fred Tirrell does it again…this is the second, wonderful book in what I hope will be a continuing holiday themed children's series wherein a differently abled child saves the day for the usual holiday icon (first Santa Claus, now the Easter Bunny). Can’t wait to see what comes next.

I recently had the pleasure of reading "The Year the Easter Bunny Got Lost," it was a truly magical experience. This book not only entertained me but also had a powerful message that as a therapist who works with dIsabled children I found particularly beneficial.

One of the key aspects that stood out to me was how the book portrayed disabled children. It showed that they should not be defined by their limitations, but rather by their strengths of spirit and resolve. This message is incredibly important, as it promotes inclusivity and highlights the unique abilities and talents that each individual possesses.

I wholeheartedly endorse "The Year the Easter Bunny Got Lost" and recommend it to readers of all ages. Its magical storytelling and powerful message make it a must-read for anyone looking for an enchanting and thought-provoking experience. Don't miss out on this wonderful book!

It is a cute holiday story about a fun bunny and love that the disabled person was the helper/hero for the bunny.
