I find I keep coming back to it and find more value each time. I love that the content on the backend, through the QR codes is continually added to. Definitely need to have one in your station gym or gym bag

This book is great for all levels of firefighter, be it new a firefighter new to the floor or someone a few years from retirement. With the scaling recommendations, wide range of types of workout and tips for how to make the most of each workout it really does make it easy to get back into a good routine. For me personally I struggled finding workouts to do at home with limited equipment and this solved the issue. Great work!

100 Firehall workouts is all in one. The workouts are fun, creative and definitely something I haven't done before. QR Code links provide movement demos, there are warm up ideas and a workout journal to record your progress. And it allows you to make your workouts as challenging or as easy as needed.
Super easy to use. I absolutely enjoy it and cant wait to use it with my crew.
This is a must have book for sure!

As professional firefighters and fitness trainers these are the workouts that are being done in the firehall. For half the cost of an hour of personal training, you can get this book and have 100 curated firehall workouts with a ton of instructional videos. We hope that this helps keep firefighters safe on the fire ground, and also give you more confidence to get the job done!
This is more than a book, it is an interactive guide that unlocks content and also is designed to be used and has pages built in so that you can record your workouts and efforts as a training book that you keep in your locker or your workout bag. So when you are sitting around having your morning coffee, it should be easy to flip open the book and we give you an easy to follow plan for later in the day when you are no running calls. 100 Firehall Workouts was a book that was written for firefighters by firefighters, and we hope you find that there is great value in it!

This book provides you with so many options for workouts or even parts of workouts you can modify to your equipment. There are also lots of bodyweight workouts where you need next to nothing. The QR code is great for someone who has never done an exercise listed in the daily workout as it provides clear instructions with video demonstration. All firehalls should have this laying around their gym!!

Previously, so much time was wasted after I decided it was time to work out or when I was trying to squeeze in a workout whether at home or at work. I always found the toughest part of getting into the workout was deciding on what the workout would be whether alone or planing a group workout. This book removes the built in excuse of “I didn’t have time”.
Love the format, and our crew is already taking advantage of adding notes to challenge and support the other crews at the hall.
