    good unit and great service.
    3 Stars
    good unit and great service.
Update - The company reached out to me - and offered to replace the unit. they implied I should send the bad unit back, but didn't push. the replacement arrived, worked as well as its brother and I have added a star to my review since service is just as imporant as product in todays world. Nice work 3rd reality.I purchased a 2 pack and linked them to my smart house. they worked very well initially. A few days ago one of the units started declaring a humidity level of 84%.I set 3 units side by side, including a different manufacturer and left the units for 24 hrs. As you can see in the photo, the unit on the left is registering 78 while the other units show 50. I also have 2 more units that are showing house humidity at 48 and 46%. Resetting did nothing and neither did replacing batteries. I only had these 94 days. There is no way to get a refund or exchange so if I'm buying a replacement it will be a different vendor. As a secondary item - I purchased Third Reality Power Monitoring outlets. They crashed my smart house. It seems the are out of control in their reporting and overwhelm smarthomes and have poorly written firmware. I'm disappointed in 3rd reality products.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not recommended
Reviewed in the United States on October 5, 2023
I do not recommend this device for a few reasons: First and foremost, the display does not reflect the offset configuration values - my device is averaging 6-8% above the actual humidity levels, as shown in the screenshot. What is the point of a display that shows an inaccurate reading without any way of correcting it? However, the temperature measurements are accurate. The device is recognized as a multipurpose sensor when adding to SmartThings. Also important is the erratic reporting interval; the manufacturer claims that the device reports every 20 seconds but that is not true, as shown by the second screenshot. The device is overpriced for inaccurate humidity measurements and because you cannot calibrate the display readings. This device was supposed to replace my Shelly Plus H&T but I will be returning it instead.

The Product description says: "Real date update every 20s make it more accurate", which is false.
The real updates are every 5 minutes, 300 seconds, confirmed on Zigbee Coordinator side, and no difference if the temperature changes or it is staying steady.
That makes it not better that any cheap TuYa sensors.
    --EDIT--
The display is also showing ghost numbers.
