I read this book and have given it to at least 5 people. Although it is written for young people, it is appropriate for adults as well.
It is written simply and for every personal story Ms Stahl describes, she has a little statement at the bottom with thoughts and strategies.
One finishes the book and thinks , Wow, I am not alone. All of the young people I have given it to, have related to one or more of the stories.
I was drawn in immediately by the cover with it’s bright colors and fantastic graphics and it just kept getting better.
The author successfully drove home the point that many famous people began their lives with insecurities and were the victims of bullying. It’s the how they OVERCAME these challenges that makes the book so important.
