Adorable Blanket but Funny Smell!
Current price $21.60 This is a lovely blanket that is very soft and has a cute Llama on it! The fabric is made out of recycled cotton so I love the repurposing of this blanket. The fabric feels a bit hard - my little one tossed it on the floor since she thought it was a rug and not a blanket. The blanket also has a STRONG funny smell to it! Lightens after washing but does not disappear. Still it looks great on the floor or sitting on the rocking chair. 4 Stars! Hope you find this review and pictures helpful! I love to recycle and this blanket is perfect for that purpose! Good car blanket too since it is not exactly one you want to cuddle with.

    This Creative Co-Op Recycled Cotton Blend Llama Baby Blanket is a unique but wonderful blanket - especially for hot climates.

    I was surprised when I received this blanket as it felt kind of stiff. It's made of 52% Cotton, 32% Polyester, 10% Acrylic, and 6% Rayon yarns that are woven in a somewhat loose weave. The llama design is printed onto the front side of the blanket and it is the fabric ink that is a little stiff. The colors are muted and the design is gender neutral so good for any baby. The size is 40" x 32", but it does shrink a bit after laundering.

    I found that after washing, the blanket became softer and due to some shrinkage, the weave became less loose. While it has some weight to it, the blanket seems to breathe and it isn't too hot. This is great for the Texas heat. And I like that the cotton is recycled.

    I really like this blanket and so did the 11 month old baby who stayed with us last weekend. He found it soft enough to snuggle with and it is suitably absorbent for a teething baby.

    I do think it's a bit expensive but then again, everything is right now.

    I was looking for a new blanket for my puppy and when I saw this llama blanket I thought this would be perfect.

    My first impression of the blanket was great. The blanket has natural fibers and has a very natural, organic feeling. The colors are soft and muted and the llama print and leaf shapes are a nice design.

    This blanket has a soft natural texture. It is important to know this is not a soft, fleece-like texture, but rather a soft, flexible throw mat texture. The natural fibers are a bit stiffer than cotton fabric fibers.

    I love that this blanket promotes an eco earth! It’s eco friendly and that’s a great thing!

    This blanket will work great for my new puppy, however I'm not sure it would be my first choice to wrap up my baby. I would probably use it for for "tummy time"

    I'm excited to give this to my puppy and I would recommend this blanket for anyone looking for a natural fibers weaved blanket.

    It's advertised as a baby blanket but it's way too course for a baby's soft skin. I bought it because I liked the design and liked the texture, it feels raw and organic, but if you want it for a baby I'd recommend finding something softer.
