I got these because I have some dresses with built-in bras with prohibitively scratchy bands that are exacerbated by sweat. These do exactly what I wanted, the provide a soft barrier between my sensitive underboob skin and the scratchy band. They are super soft, and I am very happy with them.
Two things that I think I think would be valuable to know:
1. There is nothing to hold them in place except the band of your bra/dress/whatever. With a tight enough band that’s not an issue, but you can’t wear them under something without a tight band. Getting them into place is a bit of a challenge, and I can definitely see that being a problem for someone with mobility issues. They are a little bulky so I can also imagine them not working great under a very tight top.
2. They are LONG. I wear a 38 band in bras, and the large wraps about half way around my body. I definitely could have gone with a medium, and a small probably would have been fine because I didn’t need a whole lot of coverage. So in the future I’d base my sizing choice more on my coverage needs than my bra/dress size.

How Do I Find My Size?
The Length from Side to Side Across the Underbust
The Bra Liner, end to end, should go from underarm to underarm. To determine which size you need, measure the distance between your arms going beneath the breasts. This should be essentially half of your bra size.
Available in Several Sizes: Small 14" to XXL 32"
After measuring the distance from underarm to underarm, find the corresponding size in our sizing chart. It's best to round down for a more comfortable fit. Note that the middle of the Bra Liner comes up between the breasts.

These will NOT stay in place under bra. BUT they are the softest fabric ever! so I’m using them to keep shirt seams and tags from scratching my neck.

I wish these came with every bra purchase! As a curvy, chesty woman I tend to have skin issues under my bra line. I have tried every cream and powder out there but nothing has helped quite like these bad boys! I put on my bra then slip on under the band. By the end of the day when I take off my bra my skin is baby soft and most importantly, dry. If I had one critique it would be that they have an elastic band to help them stay in place while putting on my bra. It as I said, I have found a new way to put it on so it’s not that big of a problem.
I highly recommend these for chesty women, sporty women, and women who just sweat a lot
