He starts off strong, with decisions, but meanders a little bit--some of the middle, I couldn't see how it tied to the theme of decisions, but eventually, near the end it comes back around. You will begin to notice how often you ask other people what you should do--then you actually begin to change it, and realize how long you've been wasting listening to other peoples' advice on your life... so read it.
