I like that it's simple, the quality is fine, and the price is low. The heads of the Chicago screws were a little small so I added a couple of washers. No problem fitting it to a CZ 455 with the stock 28 mm swivels.

Can't go wrong for the price and I would buy it again. I just put it on my rifle today so I can't speak for how long it will last, but I think with care it should last as long as any one inch leather strap of equal thickness of the same type of leather.

    This sling is so close to perfect it hurts!

    The good: The sling is high quality, thick leather. The hardware supplied seems quality as well and the stitching looks well done. On top of all that the price is very fair.

    THE BAD (Manufacturing mistake): Only one issue with this sling, which is a matter of punching a single hole one inch too far...

    The holes in the leather, which you line up and connect with the supplied hardware are not lined up properly. You are forced to use, only two of the three pieces of hardware supplied, otherwise, you have a buckle or mismatched amount of leather where the sling is doubled up.

    If you can imagine the single piece of leather, the hardware is supposed to pinch the leather in three important places. The first at the front sling loop; the second at the rear sling loop; the third at the tail-end of the leather, which keeps the excess sling tight. This is where the mistake is. The final hole for the tail end of the sling is punched too far to line up properly.

    This forces you to use hardware at the rear sling loop location and the tail-end location, forgoing the front loop location resulting in a loose front loop.

    It is not a big deal, and the strap is still usable, however it is a mistake. And a mistake that could be easily fixed by the manufacturer at no cost.

I can't wait to break it in further on more trips in the field. I have this paired with my CZ 455 Lux and it's a great contrast to the Turkish Walnut stock. Highly highly recommended.

    The only thing I would have liked to see is a little "instruction" on how to attach them and how to adjust it. Still a 5* and
