My 5 star review has to do solemnly in regards to the bed rack, the shipping is another matter, which I will also mention at the end.
This is a nice rack, which should hold up for many years and camping trips to come.
The assembly process was very easy and took about 1.5 hours to put together and mount on my 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500. As you can see in the pictures one is half way done and the second when It was all completed.
I installed it yesterday and I already had two guys ask me where I had bought it. Over all, I am very please with it, so don’t wait too long and get you one!
Now to the shipping, I place the order on 8/10 with Amazon disclosing it would be delivered on the 18th, which worked good for me as I had to be out of town early on the 19th.
The rack was not shipped until the 16th and Amazon still showed it was going to be delivered on the 18th.
After the rack got shipped they provided a UPS tracking number and it showed that it was estimated to be delivered on the 19th (I was not going to be in town).
I still waited until late on the 18th and had to move the delivery date till the following Monday the 22nd (I had to pay $10.00 to UPS to change the delivery date) when I was going to be back to be able to sign for it.
Amazon has failed several times to deliver items on time to me and I choose not to call them and waste my time with them as it will not do anything based on my experience in the past with their customer service.

Sturdy rack, easy to install. Could use better instructions and more washers. The lock washers barely cover the holes . Additional washers would make it more secure .

This bed rack is sturdy. I adjusted the fit of mine to be as short as possible length wise to accompany solar panels on top. It took me about 90 minutes to install, but I was doing it solo. Just took my time and made sure not to scratch or dent anything while doing so. This company must be proud of their products (in a good way) you'll know what I mean when you get to the unboxing part. This product was definitely packed for a safe delivery. Oh, and zero obstructions in side or rear view mirrors, it fits like a glove!!!
