I had to order this item twice... During shipping somehow maybe the package was dropped on its end and caused some of the diodes not to light... Spider farmer worked extremely hard to Fix this problem..
Customer service is 5 star... Even though I had a problem they went far out of their way to make that problem right... You should have no problem doing business with this company.
