I'm battling my squirrels trying to repel them from my bird feeders. I've got the feeders in a pretty good
spot and thought I would impede squirrels racing around my yard by using these plastic spikes. Spent
a good hour or so installing and after finishing there was a squirrel perched right on these spikes - obviously not a deterrent. I think my next step is to replace these plastic things with something metal. Save your money and look for another product. The adhesive pads that ship with this product are very difficult to separate, and once applied do not adhere. Overall this is a mediocre product at best.

We have a bird feeder about 30” off our deck railing.The red squirrels go across the 2x4 and jump up on the feeder for the bird feed. We covered the railing with the plastic spike strips well they just basically laughed at that, several times they just walk across and jump up on the feeder and even jump back down on the spike strips no problem.
So don’t waste your money or time on these because they don’t work.
