1.0 out of 5 stars Not what you think it is… in a way … kinda …

My mother recently got her reduction done and I got her a bunch of stuff that I thought would help her feel more comfortable and so on. This book sounds pretty cool on the back and yes it does has some useful information according to my mother. However she also said it is the most ridiculous repetitive book she’s ever seen! And when I say some useful information I mean like tiny bit!

All this 'journal' is is a repeat of the same page 90 times with a few exercises to try at the beginning. Not Impressed. Save your money.
