These pliers are outstanding. They cut tywraps very good. They are small enough to get into those hard to reach places. If that wasn’t enough they are 1000v rated in case you nick a wire. Knipex is next level with their tools. Very pleased. Buy it you will be too.

Excellent cutters! I use them mostly for zip tie cutting and they perform flawlessly. Surprisingly, this is not a given. I got some similar cutters of much cheaper brand from my home store and found that they would not cut through a 10” zip tie because it was apparently too thick! These hardly notice the zip tie is there while cutting it. Excellent!
