Kristy Centeno loves to spin tales of creatures that go bump in the night, with a sprinkle of romance to top them off. Her passion for writing stems from a lifelong enjoyment of reading and the pleasure derived from the magical worlds created by authors like her. She prefers her female leads strong, independent, and stubborn who will stop at nothing to save their loved ones and protect those they care for.
Kristy currently resides in Pennsylvania with her five kids, a quartet of noisy parakeets, and a spoiled puppy. When she’s not working or writing, she juggles her free time between raising a handful of minions and pursuing other career goals.
I am a Michigan native, who up until recently lived in the Metro Detroit area, where crime and corruption always seem to be at the top of everyone's news. So there's always the chance to find something that can trigger a story idea and enough interesting characters to jump start your imagination.
While I have worked in many industries and career paths over the years, one of my passions has always been writing. I was even able to parlay that passion for a while, working as a freelance reporter for a couple of newspapers in the Detroit area. Writing features and hard news helped me hone my talents. But while newspaper work was interesting and paid a few bills, it was a far cry from the fiction writing that I enjoy the most.
I've always been drawn to mysteries and thrillers, the kind of stories that have a fast pace, that keep you moving and keep you guessing as to what's going to take place next. Mix those in with some elements of crime, perhaps a glimpse of the seedier side and you've got me. So it's always been one of my goals to write stories like that.
I am the author of the Jamie Richmond romance mysteries, Devious, Vanishing Act, Fleeing Beauty, and the latest release, Chasing Favors, along with the novella Stealing Haven. My novella, Don’t Mess with the Gods, was written with Elle Nina Castle and included in the Magic & Mischief anthology.
I also write the Jefferson Chene mystery series, WHY 319? Your Turn to Die and The Wayward Path.
Liz Ashlee is a romance novelist known for Sort of Normal, Step Toward You and Heart's a Mess. Liz has her M.A. in English from Northern Kentucky University, where she also earned her undergraduate degrees. Liz lives in Kentucky with her husband, son, and plethora of pets.
Celia Mulder hails from the lovely, yet unpredictable northern Michigan. They are a librarian, a former wedding planner, and an avid appreciator of all things campy and ridiculous. Friends-to-lovers plots are their catnip. They believe in three things-- the importance of representation, the awesomeness of Aquaman, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Their first novel Celebrity Spin Doctor was a double RITA award nominee.

Elle Nina Castle has always been fascinated with stories, thanks to her devoted grandmother. Originally from India, she had the opportunity to discover several different languages and cultures in her youth. But she wasn't satisfied with merely reading about these places. With the spirit of a gypsy, she was determined to go exploring. That journey led her to Australia, where she now makes her home. While Castle dabbles in writing short stories and poetry, she likes nothing more than getting lost in a good book, where the characters often keep her company.
"Don't Mess With the Gods" is her first collaborative effort and her first publication. She currently has several other projects under development; the ideas are still in the shape of clouds.
