I found this book on TikTok and it is a GEM! Powerful words from a gifted storyteller. Insightful and honest, The Sooner You Know, The Better offers practical advice from the voice of a friend or older sister. Would recommend for all teens and 20-somethings (or even the full grown adult :))

Livi writes a modern book for teens and young twenty-ish people to help guide them through adulting. I haven’t seen anything like this out there. As an ADHD Life Coach, I see 40,50,60 year olds coming to me looking for these skills as they never received them when they were younger. I highly recommend this book!
