One of the hardest parts of grief is just knowing what to do next, and this lays out simple. clear steps in easy-to-read, bite-sized chapters that help take a next step. It also give hope for the new possibilities which is so important in actually embracing this new chapter and living it fully rather than allowing our loss to hold us captive in dark places.
