I got this as wearable sunscreen to go under my short-sleeved shirts when golfing. I usually take an extra large in most things but went with a large here and it is perfect. It is plenty long enough to stay tucked in, not too tight and the sleeves are the perfect length to where they don't extend over my palm and get in the way of gripping clubs. Had I bought the XL, I think this would have been baggier and been more like a rash-guard than a compression shirt, and the sleeves would have been too long, like the ones on my XL rash-guard.
It breathes really well, keeps me cool and does not make me overheat. If I where something less breathable over it, it acts more as a warming shirt.

Bf LOVES them
Bought the black one as a gift for my bf a while ago, he LOVED it but it was a little loose on him (t shirt size M so I got him size M) so recently I purchased the black and white pack in size S which fit him so much better. He says they’re comfortable, I think the fabric is nice (feels like how Lu Lu lemon leggings feel), but that the size M does ride up in his armpits sometimes. They are durable, he washes his clothes in hot water and dries all in the dryer and the product looks basically new still (it’s been several months and he wears the first black one I purchased all the time). I think they look very flattering on him, and he absolutely loves them and I love seeing them on him. Amazing product, especially for the price.Note: he is 5’ 9-10”, around 130 lbs
