    Damn, this is good!
    I generally season the steak and place it in a sealed Ziploc bag for about an hour before grilling. Then grill directly with high heat each side of the steak; remove and allow the steak to sit for three or four minutes while the juices congeal. Then place the steak back on the grill for 30 seconds each side to regain warmth - serve immediately. The steak is delicious
