    I loved how the author poured her heart into this book and provided activities for the reader to do to learn and discover themselves along the way. I also believe this book is relatable especially for those beginning their walk with Christ and don't exactly know where to start and have experienced painful moments in their life while working through tough moments or traumatic experiences. Would recommend.
