Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and now a resident of the great state of Texas, I'm driven today by the same calling that attracted me to television while in high school--the opportunity to learn and share.     This companion journal is goes along with the book "ALWAYS AND NEVER". I bought them as a set for gifts for my cousins (I have three who are graduating this summer). I wrote a longer review on the book page.

    My favorite part about this companion journal, which I got with the book, was that it really challenged me to think deeply about what's important to me. The companion book laid the foundation for the work I needed to do on my attitude and outlook, and this companion journal showed me how to complete that work. The two go great together and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to make a change in their life, someone who wants to start being more mindful of every moment, or a new graduate who needs a road map of how best to live their life!
