Blueprints for Divorce: An Act of Love, Sacrifice, and Redemption Kindle Edition
It's okay to get unmarried, though it's not the happy ending we all dream of. Blueprints for Divorce will guide you on a journey of figuring out if divorce is a healthy choice for you. This book will help you recognize unhealthy relationship behaviors, understand divorce in light of Christianity and the Bible, and build yourself up while walking through something challenging and heart wrenching. Reframe how you see divorce, looking through a lens of love, sacrifice, and redemption. Words we don’t typically associate with divorce, yet words which give light and life—the very light and life divorce may bring you.
Rachael fought for her marriage right up to the day she filed for divorce. She faced the challenges of considering divorce, especially how it fit with her beliefs, along with the heartbreak that came with it.

I’ll be completely honest here: I am NOT suffering in my marriage, but this book was an eye opener in understanding my divorced parents relationships, what friends or other family might be going through and overall a beautifully written resource for those lost in their marriage.
This book is like talking to a trusted friend. It brings true care and thoughtful questions to ask yourself. It brings light to all the looming thoughts one could have during a difficult season in life.
This book is also a good guide of seeing even the smallest concerns raised in your marriage and gives you some navigation on how to start working on them.
This book is worth the time because you are worth the time.

Divorce is a topic rife with conflicting opinions - opinions that often trap people in toxic relationships rather than help them identify what is healthy, what is safe, and where God's heart is for them. This book is written for the person seeking to know and understand themselves well enough to make their own, informed decision while still honouring their beliefs.
I haven't personally walked through the heartache and challenge of divorce but many of my friends and family have. This book is a resource they all wanted and needed. Blueprints for Divorce is one of the first tools I recommend to those evaluating whether or not divorce is a healthy choice for them.
Rachael does a beautiful job of leading the reader to encourage others to see what is healthiest for them. She addresses the issues you may encounter and steps forward. The other draws from her experience and her journey to understand it biblically. I promise you that you will be challenged. However, she is both authentic and gracious as she shares. She allows the reader to draw their own conclusion while stating what she learned in her process.
The Blueprints for Divorce is something I will be purchasing for others when I hear them wondering and questioning if they are ready to take the next steps. Reading Rachael's story will help them to see clearer and realized that Divorce can be an act of love, a sacrifice, and will bring redemption. I believe we all need to have a better understanding of our own belief system instead of just saying what others tell us. This makes this book a must have. Don't hesitate. Grab your own copy and look for yourself!
Rachael is transparent, raw, yet uses humor to lighten the read. It’s a beautiful tone of God’s voice as a truly loving Father that wants the best for His children.
Thank you Rachael for your courage and obedience!
Blueprints for Divorce is unlike a typical book focusing solely on saving marriages at all costs. Instead, Rachael helps you to dive deep into navigating abusive relationships as she weaves her story beautifully throughout the pages, being raw, honest, inspiring, and giving hope for your future.
Rachael is about reframing the conversation from right or wrong to healthy or unhealthy. Plus, she doesn't shy away from the tough stuff, like recognizing and dealing with abuse in relationships.
Overall, her book provides readers with the tools to make informed decisions about their marriages, whether that means staying together or pursuing divorce.
Well done, Rachael Needham!
This is not just another relationship book, it’s a therapy session small enough to fit in your purse, & affordable enough to buy for your friends <3
I read a crap ton of marriage self-help books during my save-the-marriage-years, and NONE of them REALLY covered what Rachael talks about, not like this.
This book is gold, refined in the fire.
