Product Description
Superior Protection: Introducing 3M Scotchgard Clear Paint Protection Film. Your essential solution for preserving the appearance of your car, truck, ATV, or motorcycle. Don't let surface rust or damage from dirt, salt, grime, moisture, and rocks compromise your vehicle's appearance. Our thick, transparent top-coat film acts as a strong defense against stones, sand, gravel, road debris, and other contaminants, reducing paint chips and scratches, without altering the appearance of your gloss paint-work in any way.
Virtually Invisible: Once installed, the film becomes virtually invisible, blending seamlessly with your vehicle's surface. Unlike lesser films, 3M Clear Paint Protection Film does not introduce any unwanted color-cast, or dull any gloss highlights in the paintwork below, preserving it as is.
Rest assured that your car's original appearance and paint color will remain unaffected while enjoying unmatched protection. And if you should decide to sell your car, simply removing any scratched Paint Protection Film will reveal the unscathed paintwork below, instantly adding to the resale value.
3M Clear Paint Protection Film comes in a broad variety of sizes, ranging from 0.5 inch wide tape rolls, ideal for protecting your car’s trim or door edges, to full rolls big enough to wrap a vehicle. You can easily cut the film to fit any custom size required, using a utility knife or 30 degree cutting blade, and the 3M pressure-based adhesive makes installation a breeze.
So don't let wear and tear compromise the beauty of your car, truck, ATV, or motorcycle any longer; upgrade to 3M paint protection film today, and drive with confidence!

For future reference definitely get an application liquid spray, and definitely do it in a shaded area or cloud cover on a cool day. I had to undo my work several times, and with someone else holding the other end. The reason for shaded area is that application fluid will dry up real quick and you run the risk of stretching it too much, which will give you ripples and uneven application.
I put it on my 2015 Prius V and it's basically invisible. The only time you'll notice it is when dirt gets on the edge, normal for anything.
I have pressure washed my car about 3 times now even directly at the edge and nothing has budged at all. Not a single time has it been forced off by water, spraying at about a foot and a half to 2 feet away. I don't recommend shooting water directly at it at all but just saying, it's a solid product edge to edge.
I would definitely spray both the bumper and the vinyl very very well when applying.
I would first definitely clean the bumper at a self serve, then after that dries I'd be using some 90% alcohol and an old clean shirt or clean rag and wipe the entire area clean before applying.
There is only one single small area on the bottom that still had a small amount of microbial air stuck in, super super small, and I used a vynil squeegie over it, it was gone in no time at all.
Next project of mine will be to apply every door outside and window inside with the 3M smash proof / Bullet proof 12 mil thick clear vinyl, that will stop shoppers from dinging up my sides for sure, and definitely protect me from breakins and an occasional attemped robbery or road rage mishap

We'll see.. I'll use a hair dryer to remove when needed. Just praying that it comes off without removing any red paint on the soles. If not, I'll do it again. Wish me luck.

Quise cubrir una sección de 13 pulgadas para proteger el frente expuesto del salpicadero y me quedaba con muchas burbujas. No lo puede utilizar como quería.
Also the cut made by vivvid wasn't the cleanest. Looked like a home DIY job if anything.
