For many Christian believers who have received salvation and accepted Jesus into their lives, the challenge is remaining in their faith and maintaining a relationship with God. This problem is resolved by Nakia Trader in her book, What Do I Do Now? sub-titled Building a Solid Christian Foundation, which is a manual for both new and mature believers in their walk with God. Beginning with her early conversion to Christianity, Nakia recounts how her pastor's father verbally tortured and mocked her as a result. She also discusses the difficulties she encountered when she was younger and how knowing Christ has enabled her to get through them and improve herself. The author concludes her book by outlining the various concepts in Christianity, assisting people in receiving salvation, and addressing pertinent questions in Christianity. The ideas in What Do I Do Now? have enhanced my spiritual life and growth as a Christian. It is underpinned by the fact that the Bible provides support for each premise. Nakia Trader uses quotes from seasoned Christians and preachers of the word. The book promotes forgiveness, love, and discipline. One can appreciate the author's fervent desire for people to know Christ. The wording is straightforward to comprehend. The author covers practically all the challenges that face Christians and offers workable solutions. What Do I Do Now? would be of great assistance to young and developing believers. Nakia Trader was born and raised in Dover, Delaware. Since the age of 11, she has written dozens of songs, poems, and short stories that have been showcased in her home church, other churches, and school. She has traveled to various states across the country as well as internationally doing missionary work and assisting individuals in growing closer to the Lord. She decided to postpone her missionary work to concentrate on her educational goals. She has since obtained degrees in human services and psychology. Nakia resumed her passion in doing the Lord's work by becoming the cofounder of Way of Truth Evangelistic Ministries and implementing outreach programs such as Beautiful Feet Evangelism and All or Nothing: Provisions. This latter ministry is done with ministry partner and friend, Valyncia, focusing on giving the Gospel and provisions to those in need in our community. Regardless of her accomplishments, Nakia's greatest passion and desire is to reach lost souls for the Kingdom of God by declaring the Gospel throughout the nations and helping disciple new believers in a closer relationship with God.     I appreciated how the author shared her story and what she went through with her father earlier in the book. I was helped by the fact that he was a church leader; she discusses the importance of attending church at one point in the book. As someone who has suffered greatly at the hands of church leadership, I've felt that church attendance has been something to check off my to-do list, even though I avidly study the Bible and attend church every week. There is still a lot of hurt and pain that needs to be healed.

    This book is an excellent tool for evangelism!

    The author of this book instructs brand-new Christians on what to do after receiving Christ into their lives. It provides instructions for how to begin a fresh life of faith for the new believer. The novel makes you think. Every believer, both new and old, like me, needs to read this book. It is quite clear and well-written. The spiritual disciplines that are crucial for all believers are encouraged in this book, which will inspire the reader to follow the Lord more closely. It's important to read and recommend this book to others.

    This book was so beautifully written!! So many times I’ve spoken to new believers and they have no idea what to except on their journey with God. Our experiences will definitely differ but to have real life experiences to what it may look like; is so helpful. Our path to saying Yes; will differ we will experience those omg moments but; we need real life examples on how others; got their breakthrough!

    I enjoyed hearing the authors story, although I would have liked to hear a bit more. I don't agree with all that she states, some of it feels very limited. As a Christian myself I was curious if she had much to share. I didn't learn much for myself, that being said, it was a GOOD reminder of the basics and our duty as more mature Christians and good basic information. For someone searching for the next step.
