Vegan Egg Substitute:
As a substitute for 1 egg, simply combine 1 Tablespoon of Flax Meal with 2.5 Tablespoons of water and stir. Allow mixture to thicken before using.

received manufacturing defect twice
I received a manufacturing defect on my order of flaxseed meal. the bag must have been crooked when it went through the sealer. I ordered it again, and received the same defect. You can see the lot numbers on the first picture. Amazon has gone good for both bags, but now I have to wait to reorder until someone goes to the warehouse to remove the defective product. And I'm stuck with 5lb of unusable product. I tried to contact Anthony's privately, but Amazon doesn't allow messages. This is (normally) a great product compared to other ground flaxseed I've had, and I will be getting more.
