- Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2025Style: Standard Plus (with LP: Lubrication Pack)Verified PurchaseI play 3-4 days every week. Have been able to maintain good pressure using this. Balls can be pressured so the bounce in higher than new balls fresh out of a can. This is useful when playing temperature is less than 40 degrees.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 7, 2024Style: Standard (Ball Rescuer only)Verified PurchaseBall Rescuer at 32lb PSI kept my US Open and Dunlop tennis balls bouncing like new until I could no longer read the print on the ball. I play 3-4 times a week and kept balls like new for over 2 months. Ball Rescuer really works! Love this product … and with an electronic battery powered pump it is so easy to use. Customer Service was so good too, they promptly sent me a lost O-ring no charge when I accidentally lost it. Many Kudos to Ball Rescuer USA.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 27, 2023Style: Standard Plus (with LP: Lubrication Pack)Verified PurchaseThis product is excellent for maintaining the pressure of new balls. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. However, it does not add pressure back into already-flat balls. I assumed it would, but it doesn't, and can't. The reason is that when you put a flat ball in, and pressurize the can, the flat ball will squish--actually dent--until the pressure inside the ball is the same as the pressure in the can. If the ball were rigid, then air would go into the ball, but the ball of course isn't rigid so higher pressure air outside the ball just squishes it. Oh well. It's still quite useful to have it maintain the pressure of the balls.
Note that you need a Penn or Dunlop ball can. Wilson and Babolat ball cans don't fit.

- Reviewed in the United States on October 28, 2024Style: Standard (Ball Rescuer only)Verified PurchaseOverall, I’m happy with it and it does work much better than the Gexco and Tourna twist style ball savers. Using a bike pump gives you a lot of control over the amount of pressure.
Couple of tips:
1. It is VERY finicky about the can because it relies on having a regular Penn Championship can with a perfect metal rim. You may need to try many cans before you find one that holds pressure. Dents and cans that are out of round will cause leaks.
2. You can use this to repressurize completely dead balls but if you use too much pressure and the ball collapses it will never gain pressure. You have to take your time and pressurize until just before it collapses and leave it there for a week. Then add a little pressure and leave it there for a week etc.

- Reviewed in the United States on May 1, 2023Style: Standard (Ball Rescuer only)Verified Purchase4/23/2024 My unit leaks, after some experimentation think I have found a solution. You need to fill in the space where the unit joins the threads. I used a silicone to fill the joint. Keep in mind that just gluing the joins together may not or may not work. In my case I put the unit together and tighten it. There was still some space between the joints. I filled in that space with silicone. Make sure it is well lubricated so that you don't glue the cover portion to the bottom section. the lower rating is because I have not found that it repressurizes the balls, but it does keep the ball pressure up so you an use them longer.
5/2/2023 I have tried the recommended Penn and Dunlop plastic cans and even Gamma, they are too large for the Ball Rescuer. 5/4 Update, opened up another Penn Championship can just to test again. This time the can fit. Will see how it performs.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2024Style: Standard (Ball Rescuer only)Verified PurchaseI was not very convinced at first. I have heard that when you take them out with the pressure at its peak, they start off super-fast and then bounce really badly. But I decided to give it a shot, and I have seen an enormous change, it works really well. I was using some Penn balls that have already been through 6 matches and they’re still in great shape. They keep their pressure the whole time, though it obviously drops a bit. As long as the ball’s hair lasts...

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Customer Service
Style: Standard (Ball Rescuer only)Verified PurchaseI would like to highlight the importance of not over-pumping the product with an electronic compressor. I had done this and the product is stuck. I reached out to Ball Rescuer's customer service team and Rame had graciously assisted me with a replacement with a reminder to only use bike pumps going forward. The product has since been working perfectly fine and it is absolutely functional and worth the value as long as you read and follow the instructions, unlike myself.
I would like to give credit to Rame from Ball Rescuer for the assistance in my product, much appreciated!

5.0 out of 5 stars Parfait !

5.0 out of 5 stars No necesitaras comprar pelotas en muchisimo tiempo

2.0 out of 5 stars It is not a rescuer
Style: Standard (Ball Rescuer only)Verified PurchaseIt is not a ball rescuer, the product name is misleading. You can not recover balls with low pressure. The only thing that does is delay the natural depressurization of the balls. But after all, your balls will end up with low pressure and with this you cannot raise the pressure. It does not work as a ball rescuer. On the other hand, they gave me an already used product.
