    The author's many years of loving cooking experience are distilled within the pages of this vegan cookbook. Beautifully photographed, her heart for sharing good healthy food shines on each page. She takes us behind the scenes, giving thoughts and background that drove the creation of each recipe. I have made one dish so far - Marinated Tofu Feta - and it is beyond fantastic. I like to eat it plain, or pile it on a hoagie bun with some cucumbers and sweet peppers, and either way It fully delivers a "greek feta cheese salad" experience while being vegan. Looking forward to exploring more recipes in this book, which will get lots of use in my kitchen.

    If you're looking for a delicious way to eat healthier, this is the book for you! You don't have to be vegan to enjoy these recipes. So many favorites, but I especially love the creamy potato salad, Mediterranean potato salad, root veggie salad with buckwheat, marinated tofu feta, Sicilian-style caponata, mango cream squares, tirimisu (heaven on a plate!), spelt bread, and cashew cheese.

    I’ve already made a number of these recipes. The directions are easy to follow and everything was delicious! I also love that there is a picture for each recipe.
    The cultured cashew cheeses will be going to every gathering with me. They were so good — both vegans and non-vegans think they’re delicious. There weren’t any leftovers!
    I highly recommend this cookbook to anyone who is looking to add more plant-based dishes to their diet.

    I’ve had, and still have, the honor and pleasure to enjoy all of these delicious vegan creation. Linda is a passionate and creative chef. Her love for animals and dedication to make this world a better place one meal, one action, one donation at a time is limitless! This is her first cook book that was triggered by both of our daughters begging her to write down her recipes! She started with a vegan recipe blog which then lead to this awesome vegan cook book!

    89 delicious recipes for everyone who is interested in healthy cooking. Linda presents salads, soups, curries, breads, sauces, dressings, and so much more. The additional metric measuring system is great for European readers. The layout of the book is very clear which makes it easy to try out the recipes. I also like her „tips and tricks“!
