This book is a MUST. As a pelvic floor physiotherapist, I have never come across a more thorough, easy to follow and concise birth guide. For any pregnant person and their partner this is a game changer. It is packed full of helpful tips and photos. Throw it in the hospital bag for a great in the moment resource. I tell all of my patients to get this book and have a copy for myself. From pushing, to what partners can help with, post partum recovery and even pelvic floor anatomy, this book is the birth prep bible. All of your fears, concerns, questions about labour and delivery will be addressed. Great gift for an expecting Mom for their baby shower as well!

Used this book as a reference for my 2nd pregnancy, it's unbelievable the difference it made in my pregnancy, birth and post partum. I had less pain / discomfort throughout my pregnancy, felt much stronger in birth and afterwards. Lots of great tips / tricks and a very unbiased perspective - definitely recommend.
