    So, the powerplay mat is super cool, and if you can, i would absolutely recommend getting it. It looks slick, works like a charm, and has the two mats for a hard or soft surface (I'm using soft with a G903).

    My problem was with this refurbished example coming to me pre-programmed. Meaning, when I put my mouse on the pad, I would get charging/connected lights, but I couldn't use the mouse on screen. I tried the new cord that came with the powerplay, tried my standard G903 cord, tried different usb ports, nothing. I could either connect the powerplay mat, or the mouse, but not both. I had Logitech G-Hub installed and reinstalled at this point.
    Searching google brought up issues with charging, but nothing about Charging while being Unusable.

    But I figured it out, and it's easy enough to fix. I connected one cable to the powerplay, and the other cable to the mouse itself. This allowed me to use the mouse to click on the PowerPlay mat inside of Logitech G-Hub (G-Hub won't respond to keyboard tabs or arrows), REVEALING that the mat was searching for a connection with a G502 mouse (or similar model). So, I erased that old memory profile, and voila! everything works now.

    TL;DR - Mousepad had a saved setup for another mouse, preventing my mouse from connecting to it. Keyboard doesn't work in G-Hub, so either use 2 cables to connect pad and mouse during setup, or use a third mouse just for the ONE CLICK ERASE PROFILE! Which really could have been done by the seller, or literally anyone along the chain.

    Other than that, great!

    I can say confidently that I have been missing out on this. I thought I would have to live with a cord forever to compromise on never having to charge the mouse up well now we have a solution that is genius. I wish they make a pad for a keyboard as well, I am sure someone in the product department has thought of this because a wireless pad for a keyboard and mouse is just a godsend. This is by far the coolest peripheral purchase in a long time. Thank you Logitech.

Conclude after buying this i called Amazon to secure me a full refund if anything should be missing I would suggest doig the same.

The box was beat-up but this is a small price to pay for the discount. All-in-all, the value for money is there.
