After removing the broken switch and ordering 3 more from parts online( Whirlpool, and a second company) and they looked different then the one I was replacing (prongs were to wide ) spending about $150. 00 and not getting the perfect match I felt like $10.00 wouldn’t hurt to try. These 2 were perfect. I am grateful that I had someone here to keep turning the power on as I worked to get it plugged into it right spot that save me from a lot of getting off the floor several times. I wish I would have when to Amazon first. About the prongs in the refrigerator one was stable and one was loose so it was kind of hard getting it to connect without being able to hold it or even see if it was plugged in.
