Review
"Dr. Doolittle has written a concise directional book on how to be successful at leading self, employees, customers, and shareholders. Dr. Doolittle shows the progression of the right values that result in the right beliefs. These beliefs produce intentions to behave toward self and others that lead everyone within the scope of the leader to grow toward human flourishing. A book every manager should read and practice." --Dr. Bruce E. Winston, PhD, Professor of Business and Leadership
"The concepts identified in his book include a compilation of solid leadership principles, thought-provoking personal reflection questions, and transformational tools to guide one's personal leadership development journey. As I continue to develop and mentor leaders, you can be sure that the conversations will most certainly include the "10 Life-Changing Habits" covered in this book." --Dr. Rob Simpson, President, Global Business Leadership Center
"Your focus on virtues and character through the lens of breaking bad habits provides leaders needed insight for awareness and guidance for change. The scenarios in each "Life-Changing Habit" chapter let the leader see themselves in a non-threatening way which can open the door for personal change." --Diane M. Wiater, PhD, Visiting Professor, Chair of Organizational Leadership

"Jeff brings a very relevant read for anyone who aspires to lead people in a very crucial time in our local, national, and international crisis of affairs. I really enjoyed how his approach is a simple, unintimidating, yet a compelling call to action by creating habits everyone can create with agape love and intentionality." --Spencer Warren, Regional General Manager at Gordon Food Service
"I really enjoyed the tools and action items at the end of each leadership habit that can easily be implemented by the reader." --Tom Ascher, Director of Human Resources at Olivet Nazarene University

I personally feel that this is an important resource for today's leaders, as servant leadership and self-leadership are critical needs in our current world." --Mary Verstraete, President, Center for Coaching Excellence

Key leadership traits of Trust, Empathy, and Vulnerability were well discussed throughout the entirety of the work.
I enjoyed my first pass through the content and look forward to going back to each life changing habit in greater detail.
The resources highlighted in the book, provided a great framework for identifying (and resolving) some of the participants Accidental Habits.
As a side bonus, the insights from several of the chapters have enhanced tools and solutions I share in leadership development presentations.
