QA

1. Why does it not work for my car?

Kindly check the Compatibition List before buying. It may be not supported model and year.

2. Why does it not work for my truck?

This TPMS tool doesn't support truck. It is only for cars, SUVs, pickups and light trucks of Ford, Lincoln and Mercury, not for heavy trucks.

3. Why does it not work?

Install a new 9V square battery first. The batteries are not inclued in the product package. Then check if your car brand, model and year in the Compatibition List.

4. Why didn't work for supported model and year?

If your car model and year is in the Compatibition List and the failure is not casued by the above problems. It may caused by your sensor's problem. The first possible reason would be that you bought wrong sensors(not original sensors, you bought 3rd-party sensors) and you would buy original sensors instead. Other reasons may be no power, damaged sensor, not recognised.... In this way, you can skip this tire and try other tires sensors. If you can hear the horn or see the turn light flashing when resetting other tire sensors, it means these sensors can be reset and our tool is no problem, also means that tire sensor has a problem.

5. How to get the help?

Send message to us from your order. It is better with your car brand, model and year.

Bought this to reprogram the TPMS sensors on my 2022 Ford Maverick when I upgraded the wheels and rotate the tires. It worked flawlessly. A note on the antenna. Some YouTube videos will say, "point the antenna at the stem." That's must wrong on multiple fronts. The antenna is not directional. To make such an antenna takes some sort of focus mechanism (dish shape, multiple segments like a Yagi or TV antenna, etc.). There's just a coil of wire inside the black post and the weakest reception for that type is actually directly out of the end/top. You will get better results putting the antenna parallel to the wheel rim or next to the base of the air stem.

First of all there is absolutely no questioning the value to price on this product. Easy to use. Add a 9 volt battery and you are good to go. I would advise researching how to place your vehicle into tpms reset mode. Learn direction of tires to reset. The process is fairly quick and simple.

5.0 out of 5 stars Worked first time on after-market TPMS
Reviewed in Canada on April 26, 2024
I bought after-market TPMS sensors for my 2016 Lincoln MKZ when I had newer summer tires installed on my summer rims. My old Ford relearn tool would not work, so I took a chance on this one. Needed to find the sweet spot on the tire (on the outward rubber under the sensor, aiming at the sensor) and it worked very easily. Happy now.
