I don’t use slippery elm daily, I only pull it out when I or my dog has an upset stomach. But this seems like a decent product. Having it side-by-side with the product I currently have at home, I don’t see or smell any obvious differences. It does claim to be organic, which I hope is true. But as other posters have pointed out, there is no certification anywhere on the container, so you can take that claim with a grain of salt.Overall, it’s good to have as a back up, but I might hesitate to take it daily because I don’t know what the standards of China is regarding this type of product.

    I grew up with slippery elm lozenges but I cannot seem to find those any longer. Sometimes it is in tea but that is also difficult. This seems to work well.

    This product is not like any slippery elm powder that I have purchased before. What I am accustomed to is a light creamy color with a distinctive scent and texture. The medicinal part I believe is the inner bark of the tree. This product I suspect is from the outer bark. It does not posses the characteristic color, scent or taste.
