This is one big bottle of vitamin C. It is a really good value for the dollar. They are not oversized which is nice, but are actually average-sized caps with no aftertaste. Goes down without a problem. I like the fact that they have no GMO ingredients, are vegan. And a higher potency. Mostly one does not have to take several of them for one's daily intake, which means this will last a really long time. I am impressed. I would recommend these for sure.
