I had used that "Alien Tape" to hold down a carpet. After a lengthy period of time the "Alien Tape" attached itself to the floor that would not come off with a heat gun or chemicals like "Goof-Off." I also tried scraping and with a plastic scraper. Nothing worked until I used this amazing wheel. It was able to remove the sticky and impossible to remove "Alien Tape." The "Alien Tape" came off in balls of dry gummy substance. It took some time to completely remove it, but it worked perfectly with my cordless drill. I bought a second one just in case I need it in the future. Well worth the price (not expensive.) 5 Stars or more!

If you need to remove adhesive substances from a clear coated vehicle….this is the tool you need period! My first time using one of these and this worked perfectly! Just start with slow RPM on the drill and light pressure….increase each until you see the tool start to work….from there it’s minutes until you’re ready to wipe off the dust and residue and replace your removed item or enjoy the vehicle as is!!! Decreases time and difficulty of the job!

I ordered the 3M stripe-off wheel last year to remove about 80 feet of striping from a fiberglass boat. It worked very well and the wheel was 75% used up by the time I was done. This year I needed to remove the boat name on both sides and some other decal lettering that was close to the same square footage as last year's striping. I found this cheaper Wonder Wheel and ordered it. When it arrived, it was tiny compared to the 3M wheel. I definitely thought it was an Amazon ordering mistake, but I didn't have time to return it. I started the removal process with the Wonder Wheel and figured I would switch to the leftover 3M wheel when it was used up. That never happened. The Wonder wheel made it through everything. I even brought it home and started on the pinstriping on on old trunk lid before I hit the minimum use circle. Also, the 3M wheel got lopsided after using it for two full days, making its use difficult. The Wonder Wheel was a little softer and stayed in a perfect circle all the way down. I am ordering a second Wonder Wheel now and will still have spent 50% less.

Wanted to remove the beltline molding on my 1997 Ford F150. With age it had started curling up on the ends and just looked bad. I watched some YouTube videos and this rubber wheel seemed to be really good at removing the left over adhesive as I've tried doing this before to catastrophic results and the use of gallons of Goo Gone and days and hours of my life spent trying to get rid of the left over adhesive and this thing really made short work of it.

If this is what you're buying this wheel for here are some things you should know, get a 5 amp CORDED drill at least. My little 1.5 amp 20v cordless could barely get this wheel spinning fast enough for it to work the way it's supposed to. The cordless did fine removing an old dealership decal that was on the back of the truck but it was barely touching the left over adhesive from the molding and burned through batteries really fast as well. Go with corded to really get the proper performance out of this tool as it seems to work better the hotter it gets.

It did burn through all the adhesive, it pretty much wore the wheel down to a little nub and there is little particles of rubber everywhere so wear eye and lung protection unless you enjoy breathing in little rubber particles.

I have no complaints about this little tool, even after everything was done my wheel still had a little rubber left on it so I took some really baked on epoxy off from back when this truck must have had those vent shades around the windows and it made pretty quick work of it. Works really good if you use it right. Keep in mind with any of these kinds of epoxy based adhesives it is going to leave an etching in your paint that this wheel can't do anything about. You have to wet sand or clay bar that stuff out. But it'll at least get rid off everything that is ON the paint just not the stuff that is IN the paint.

NOTE FOR IMAGES:
This wheel did not damage my paint. The problem was already there with the paint itself as it was really soft and uncured under the molding I removed and it lifted the base coat right off and went down to the primer when I wiped the area down with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel to clean the area every other section I used this wheel on was fine so don't worry it won't hurt your paint.

Worked great to remove left over adhesive on 2005 Jetta wagon drivers door trim remaining on outside of door after removing the trim. Still lots of wheel remaining but if you have multiple trim piece's to do you might want to get 2 wheels. I didnt use it on the plastic trim piece itself but if carful it might be used but I recall somewhere that it can damage the plastic. I used WD40 and a old credit card to scarp it off the plastic trim part. Took a while but didnt do any damage with that method.

Speziell für hartnäckige, alte Autoaufkleber gekauft und als letzte Rettung ausprobiert, da weder Warmluft noch Chemie den Aufkleber schafften.
Mit dem Whizzy Wheel geht es nicht ganz so einfach wie im Video, aber auf jeden Fall gut.
Ich würde allerdings auf jeden Fall erst alles an Aufkleber entfernen was sich ablösen lässt und das Wheel nur für die hartnäckigen Reste verwenden, da es schon recht anstrengend ist Aufkleber damit zu entfernen. Man benötigt auch ein wenig Übung bis man die richtige Drehzahl und Druck raus hat. Dann geht es aber recht flott!
Der Lack darunter sah aus wie frisch poliert.
