I’m sure it was an error overlooked by whoever edited this book before print. I found it very difficult to read the chart diagrams presented in the text. Not because a person is an expert at something doesn’t mean they are experts at teaching or presenting their skills in print form to suit the learning style of all readers. Visuals help learners retain information better.

A good indicator for how useful a book is to me is how much I've underlined. This book is full of underlining. I've got this book and 'The only technical analysis book you'll ever need'. That book is largely devoid of underlining.
Well written by someone who obviously knows their subject, researched, evidenced and helpful. I'd have liked a chapter on VWAP, there is no mention of it. I still think this is a 5* book.
