I've not been happy with the fibre washers on my Kegerator CO2 bottle. Leaky and too futzy. I put a couple turns of Teflon tape on one of these inserts, and spun it into the bottle valve with a 4mm Allen. Nicely finished and seems good quality. No leaks.

Threads are not deep enough to seal on the bottle side on the first two bottles I tried. Just use a simple nylon gasket instead of this. Half the price and it actually works...
