This is a beast! Have you ever driven a very powerful car but driven it slowly? Using this vacuum is like that. You can tell it’s sucking up the last bit of dirt. It’s got a quiet growl. But you have control. The bare floor setting is great. I used my old shark then went over the rugs again with this one. I picked up so much dusty dirt the first machine left behind. I’ve bought two for different places I need to maintain. I’m about to get a third one for a rental.

I dog sit/Rover and with dogs around all winter I just had to upgrade my vacume. One entire canister from each of my 3 rooms! Living room area rug, dining room area rug, kitchen runners, all short pile, and bedroom deep pile area rug. Amazing. It does have some weight to it in upright mode, it does feel like self propelled. Canister is large and excellent. All my hardwood floors are dust free with the hard wood option on. Cord is long enough so I can go thru all first floor rooms without having to unplug. Bought it refurbed from Amazon… saved a significant amount of money vs buying new.

I was a little worried about buying refurbed but I am happy I took the risk as everything is working perfectly well since November 2023.

The vacuum arrived on a nice non branded cardboard box with new filters and the aroma/scent accessory. The vacuum itself looked new but the wand accessories did not. They had minor scratches on them. Given the price I paid, I did not expect the unit to look as a brand new appliance so it’s easy for me to forgive this. Besides, the wand attachments work well despite obvious signs of previous usage.

Overall, given the price I paid, I could not be happier.
