    This book will provide you with basic knowledge from how to buy land to how to get permits for zoning to be legally parking on your land. The various cost of infrastructure in addition to land cost are surprising. Everything has a charge and some municipalities charge impact taxes that you'll need to add to cost of labor, materials of land clearing and install water, sewer, electric.
    I would highly recommend this book to learn about how to acquire and setup land for your new tiny home.

    I found this book to be very helpful and loaded critical information about pre-planning for your tiny house. A lot of the subject matter addressed and explained things that we hadn't even thought about and we feel a lot more confident about zoning, choosing a location, financing and many other facets of tiny home building. We feel much better equipped to take on this project after reading this book. I highly recommend it for anyone considering tiny home life.
