The book is sectioned into small quick read / reference sections. I particularly like Truism 34 “ Strive To Operate at Your Highest and Best Use” Each truism is short enough to read a few in the morning while drinking coffee. The book is full of great information and easily referenced. Put it this way, the pages are already bent from reading through. You will really enjoy it – this isn’t a sit on the shelf and gets dusty resource. Enjoy

This is a step by step manifesto for all of us seeking solid leadership advice in all the areas where we lead. The reader can tell Robinson has watched leadership for a long time and knows what works and what does not. I'm enjoying it as a reference when I lead AND when I work with other leaders. The small size is helpful too!

If you want a feel good self help book...pick another book. Author seems to have great working knowledge of true leadership. There are very few true leadership books that I have read that make me "bookmark" tools that I will reference back to. This one makes the list. Refreshingly on point and actionable.
